WebForms

The WebForm Builder is where you have a blank canvas to build a beautiful and easy-to-use web form. The layout of the form is similar to the Doc Editor, with a convenient list of elements to the left and easy access to sharing and publishing tools.

Since WebForms are HTML based, there are more elements you can add from when compared to a static PDF such as scheduling, survey tools, images and videos.

Other specialty elements include reCAPTCHA for added security and Canvas Sketch for drawing an image (for instance on an injury report). You can even create conditional fields that only show when a certain field is chosen and embed WebForms onto your site!

WebForms are also ADA and 508 compliant and WCAG 2.0 Compliant so they are fully compliant and function with screen readers and can be adjusted for the end user.

It's important to note that these forms can only accept one signature, because they are based in HTML.
