Similar to Attachments, but uploads directly to Box, a cloud-based storage service.

A text field that enables you to add up to 1000 possible entries that will be suggested to the end user as they type.

Behaves similarly to Calculations on Docs. This creates a field that will automatically calculate an amount based on a formula that can reference other fields.

Advanced function that allows you to check a Google Sheet and only accept data that is found.

An advanced version of CAPTCHA by Google.  We recommend this one over the regular CAPTCHA field.

Creates a unique identifying number with a customizable prefix or suffix enabling each submission to be tracked.

Applies the eSignature of a Signer implying written consent and recording technical information of the time and hardware used.

Allows you to capture technical information like IP address and browser info from the user as they submit the form.

Behaves similarly to the receipt field in the sense that it allows you to create a unique number or identifier to your submissions.

Allow you to create pre-determined fields for your users to add more of the same information.
