Viewing Submissions

So now that your users are submitting data, you'll need to be able to access it. For this you will be using the Submissions Manager, or if you have the Government Relationship Manager then you will access the Pipeline.

Additionally, with our new SeamlessConnect feature we have integrations with various platforms so that you can easily access this data in the other systems you use for your day to day.

IMPORTANT:  The data will be organized by the Field Labels you gave your forms during the creation process. Make sure before you start receiving submissions that you have properly labeled all fields.

This Module will cover:

1. What the Submissions Manager looks like and how to use it

2. How to Access the Submissions Manager

3. How to Access the Submission Details

Submissions Manager

From the Submissions Manager, you can manage the submissions of a specific WebForm or Doc. You can access the Submissions Manager from the lobby by clicking on the number to the right of a Form's Name. It will have the number of submissions you've received on that Doc or WebForm.

Now let's see what the Submissions Manager looks like and how to use it.

How to Access the Submissions Manager

From the Lobby click on the blue number to the right of the form's name. You can also access the Submissions Manager by clicking on the form and selecting the first icon when the row of icons appear in the dark grey bar.

How to Access the Submission Details

For a different view of the submission, you can access the Submission Details.  The Submission Details provide a more detailed view of a specific submission organized in a list under the details column.

From the Submissions Manager, click on the row of the submission you want to view.

That's the basics of being able to view your submissions in the Submissions Manager. Next we'll go into more depth how you can examine attachments and signatures.
