Attachments

Another important tool you can use to take your forms to the next level is the ability to request attachments. Users can include things like photos, documents, blueprints, and whatever else your heart desires (up to 250MB, of course).

This module will cover:

1. How to Request an Attachment to Your Form

2. How to Select Signers to Submit and/or Review Attachments

How to Request an Attachment to Your Form

1. Click Add ons, then Add Request Attachment.

2. Make sure to change "Use Request Attachments?" from no to yes.

This is where you'll be able to title and add a description of what needs to be attached as well as the attachment name.

3. If the attachment is required, change "Required?" from no to yes.

4.  If you need multiple attachments, simply click Add Attachment at the bottom and fill out the information just as you did for the first one.

How to Select Signers to Submit and/or Review Attachments

As you learned in the Signatures module, workflows can grow pretty complex. Sometimes you need the 2nd and 5th person to review the attachments.  Don't worry; we've got you covered.

1.  Click Add ons then Add Request Attachment.

2.  To assign an attachment, click the Signer's title in the Assign to a Signer box.*

3.  To select who will review the attachment, Toggle Add a Reviewer to YES and select from the subsequent signers.*

*Note: You can use the Control/Command and Shift keys to select multiple signers to submit and review attachments.

You can learn more about assigning a signer to review an uploaded attachment here.
