View Form vs. Edit Form

You now have the ability to give users the ability to view a form without being able to edit it. This will allow them to see the form within their lobby, but navigate to the live view, but not edit the form or view the submissions.

Role-based Permissions Settings

Moreover, you can now set form permissions by user type as well as by individual user. This means that you can set your form so that all users of a certain role (e.g., directors) can View, Edit, or View the Submissions of a form.

Form Author can Edit All Assignments, Tags, and Stages in the GRM™

Last, users now have the ability to assign users, edit tags, and edit stages on all submissions on forms that they are the author of.
