We're excited to announce the release of several new features to help you manage your form data. These new features are available today in your Submission Manager or SeamlessDocs Lobby.

Streamlined Lobby Experience with Quick Filters Addition

Now available in your Lobby are Quick Filters which are a set of preset filters found on the left side of your lobby, above your folders. When you select any of the filter options you are taken to an associated view of the matching submissions (owned, created or submitted by you). Our goal with this release of the Quick Filters feature is to provide you ways to quickly access specific submissions and navigate to them in the submission manager.

As part of this work and with our focus on accessibility, we have improved the focus states and icons of our folder tree in the left navigation to ensure compliance to accessibility standards.

In addition to a more accessible view of folders, we also added a hover state to the submission count number to make the action to click and view submissions more obvious.

Enabling a Beautiful Visitor Experience When Accessing SeamlessDocs

With a focus on user experience, we wanted to ensure our platform end users have delightful experience while using our tools. Our goal with this release is to make it easier for visitors to navigate to their submitted submissions in the SeamlessDocs Lobby while ensuring appropriate permissions are respected.

FORM DETAILS

For our GRM customers, we are releasing an updated Form Details user interface, we focused on providing an intuitive user experience, not just for the creator but for our end users. With a focus on accessibility and usability, we allow you to clearly notify users of the form being accessible and secure. On top of this, we allow for users to more easily submit any questions that may come up while reviewing the page.
