Submission Notifications are sent once the first signer has completed their section. This is a way of letting you know someone has at least started the form process. Additionally, you can customize the subject line of the email with data from the form.
Submission receipt emails are sent back to the first signer once they've submitted. These are designed to give the form submitter a copy of their data so that they can reference it later.
Activity notifications are alerts sent out each and every time a signer has completed their section, so if there are five signers in a workflow, a notification will be sent out for each of them. This can help people outside of the workflow keep track of the progress of a submission.
Document completion notifications are sent out once the last signer in a workflow has signed and the document is now complete. This will be sent out to all signers and anyone else you would like to notify.
Signer invite contains an invite link for the next signer. It is sent automatically after every step of the workflow, if there’s a next signer. Invite can also be triggered manually from the Submission Manager, Share Modal or Lobby. The subject and body can be customized in the "Manage Signers" window.
