Ask A Question
You can give your end users the ability to send an email to ask a question through the Ask a Question feature.
To enable Ask A Question on your SeamlessDoc:
- Select Add-On, then Ask a Question... from the drop-down menu. Set the toggle to ON to enable this feature.
2. Once in the Ask a Question pop up window, you will be able to customize the question being asked, description text, and the question's email recipient. You can even allow your users to upload files with their question, if necessary.
3. Now in the Live View of your form, your end users will be able to ask your staff questions.
