This new and improved version of the Lobby provides a central location to access all form submissions that pertain to you.
From here, all users (internal and external) can now see the submissions that they have submitted, saved, or been assigned to.
All (Displays All Submissions)
Submitted
This displays all of the submissions that the user submitted themselves while logged in. This allows them to review the latest updates on their own applications and requests.
Saved (Must have Save & Continue enabled)
This displays all of the submissions that a user has saved to finish later. From here, they can finish forms where they left off. Please note, however, the account must have Save & Continue enabled to do this.
Shared with me
This displays any submissions that have been assigned to the user, such as applications that they process in their day-to-day duties. From here, they can see any forms that need their attention or they need to follow up on.
You can access the GRM Submissions Lobby by logging into the GRM (yoursubdomain.seamlessgov.com), hovering over your name at the top-right, and then clicking 'Lobby.'
