- Upload Document
- Auto Detect Fields
- Clean up extra fields that auto detect accidentally created
- Add any fields that were missed
- Resize input boxes to accurately reflect what you are trying to create
- Make sure single-line inputs and multi-line inputs are accurately noted in the top left in the gray editor bar
- Add field labels to all text fields
- Make all required fields required
- Add date picker to any possible date fields
- Add drop-downs to any possible drop-down fields
- Add checkboxes and radio groups that were not automatically detected
- Make sure all checkboxes and radio groups are correctly grouped together
- Add Receipt number if you want to generate a receipt for tracking purposes
- Add signers and set up signature workflow if needed
- Assign fields to the relevant signer.
- Add attachments if needed
- Check tab order is correct
- Customize URL
- Customize Letterhead Settings
- Customize Email Notifications
- Customize thank you page
- Add a cover letter if needed
- View in live view
- Make a test submission
